In Mallorca, the weekly market is an essential part of island life. Almost every day, small towns across the island come alive with the aromas, colours and flavours of local markets. Fresh produce, delicious food and social interaction are always at the heart of the experience.

We bring this special Mallorca feeling to a beautiful finca in the heart of the island.

Our Mediterranean market is far more than just a dinner event – it is a culinary experience where great food, communication and authentic island flair come together. Surrounded by stylish market stalls, freshly prepared specialities and a relaxed atmosphere, it creates an event that is perfect for groups and corporate gatherings.

Right in front of your guests, a variety of Mediterranean specialities are freshly prepared at different market stalls:

• Pimientos de Padrón – the famous Spanish green peppers
• Pa amb Oli with freshly sliced Serrano ham, carved by hand
• Fresh fish and seafood prepared directly on the grill
• Mallorcan specialities such as Coca Mallorquina baked in a traditional stone oven
• Regional wines and the traditional Mallorcan herbal liqueur “Hierbas”
• As a highlight: whole suckling pig or lamb roasted on the grill

Each stall is hosted by a “cooking market vendor” who prepares the dishes live and gives your guests an authentic insight into Mediterranean cuisine.

Depending on the group size and your preferred concept, different market stalls can be included.

Possible Food Stalls:

The Bakery
Pa amb Oli, a selection of Mallorcan breads, Coca Mallorquina, Flor de Sal, olive oil, almonds, herbs, olives, Ensaimada as well as sweet pastries and cakes.

The Cheese Stall
Mahon cheese from Menorca, Manchego, Mallorcan goat cheese and other regional specialities.

The Butcher
Serrano ham, Chorizo Picante, Albóndigas and dates wrapped in bacon.

Tapas & Classics
Tortilla Española, Patatas Bravas and freshly prepared paella.

The Fish Stall
Prawns, grilled squid skewers and fresh fish prepared directly on the grill.

The Fruit & Vegetable Stall
Gazpacho, Pimientos de Padrón, tomato and mozzarella skewers and seasonal fruit.

Selected regional wines are served throughout the experience, adding to the relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
